easyMulch large cardboard boxes (up to 4 boxes) containing 1 or 2x 30L bags, are delivered FREE to most* GB postcodes (*surcharges for Highlands, Islands & Ireland) – NEXT WORKING DAY using ParcelForce.

Early on the delivery day, you will receive an email or text (if provided when ordering) with a delivery ETA and the options to leave as requested, rearrange delivery or leave at your a local Post Office for collection in up to 5 days.

If the driver attempts to deliver your parcel and nobody is available to receive it, they should leave a card. The card will explain where your parcel is and what to do next.  If you haven’t received a card then it’s possible that the driver had a problem locating your address. Please check the tracking for further information on your parcel.

If the driver was unable to deliver your parcel for any other reason, be assured that they will attempt to deliver it on the next working day (Mon-Fri).

They will usually attempt 2 deliveries (currently sometimes 1 due to Covid-19), then the parcel will be held at the depot/post office for up to 5 days, before being returned to us (this will incur a return charge).

Your can rearrange delivery at Parcelforce/ myparcel or by calling 0344 8004466, you can also collect from a post office/ depot on the card for free. You can also arrange delivery to another address for a £5 fee. 

Please take care moving large boxes when they arrive as they can weigh up to 30kg. You may prefer to open the box and lift out each bag separately.
